My affiliate manager emailed me to tell me that since I was using contextual links the clicks were showing up as impressions not clicks. The situation has be remedied.

In regards to the promo code section, it is only used when promotions are offered. Currently none are being offered, but we will def keep you guys posted when we do.

I think all will work out, but the incentivized traffic / regpath and prepaid CC problem finally hit the major campaign I rep. No fault to the network, just the crap affiliates who ruin the business.
