Fuck, Billy, take some of those hundreds and get a steady mount tripod and some camera mounted diffuse lighting.
This seemed not very funny, and really forced to me. He should have figured out what he was going to order, rehearsed, and then delivered the lines quickly and with panache like on the informercials.
I normally have nothing against Billy The guy's a great pitcher, and people seem to like the products. But don't do your shtick, AND flaunt your wealth, AND inconvenience people trying to do their slave wage jobs just because you're a B grade celebrity, and they're going to fan gush over you regardless of any arseholery.

It's interesting before Pitchmen you had no idea about Billy except he was a great pitchman. Now after watching a few episodes of the show I've actually lost respect for the guy. Don't get me wrong he can sell shit, but as a person man what a douche.
As a person he's a douche- but for some reason watching the infomercials is highly relaxing after a long night of partying. Call me crazy...
