I'm thinking about getting the Bold and just had a few questions about functionality. I was just wondering what kind of things you do on your berry to help increase productivity?

Going along with that, I heard that you cannot log into Yahoo/AdWords/MSN with the purpose of pausing/switching things around if you happened to be out and got an alert about an offer capping/pausing. Is this true?

Would you say having a BB honestly increases your productivity, or is it just a way to check stats/emails/AIM when you're gone?

(I want to still view this at work :))

My BB Curve lick's dog balls. Can't do anything with it. Not even freakin' HTML based email.

I love my blackberry bold personally, but I do a lot of social campaigns (facebook, myspace) and media buys. I can check the statistics, but not much more than that.

My Facebook Advertising account takes like a full 60 seconds to load on my computer.
MyAds = Good luck there.

For media buying, it can be helpful. I really just like the communication aspect of it. Emails, BB Messenger, BeeJive, Twitter, etc.

like the eagle said, bold is crisp, great for IM clients and works like a charm for emails.

i had both the iphone and the storm and personally i prefer the keys for typing, but its totally a user preference thing.

the storm sucked ass - had it for two days and back to verizon it went. i carry an iPhone and a Blackberry Curve to cover all my needs.

Ya I did. Still doesn't work unless I subscribe to the enterprise server.

Wait for the Palm Pre, it's going to kick ass

Might be kind of obvious, but do you have it enabled?

Messages > menu key > options > email settings > enable html = yes > download images automatically = yes

Those options aren't even available on my handset. I'm pretty sure it's my shitty Canadian carrier. They just launched the 4.5 upgrade last month.

3G iphone for internet, music, phone and text messaging (Palringo IM app is pretty good as well) and Blackberry Curve for emails and BB messenger do it for me :)

So I gather you cannot get to Yahoo Search Marketing on a BB?

I am able to do it on my iPod Touch so was just wondering...

the ipod has an actual full featured browser just like a desktop, really.

i cant get to shit on my windows mobile phone, either. i end up using remote desktop to my home pc when i really need to do something like that remotely and dont have my laptop with me
