blocking spam with post icons

you can't make a post without choosing a Post Icon, but the spam threads never have Post Icons because the bots don't parse Javascript

instead of doing the check with Javascript, you can also do it with PHP on the server side
it's relatively simple, and it will stop 95% of automated spam
