Considering the quality of the included content (decent), and the site's age and link profile, I think this is a good deal for the price.

The content was decent. Obviously hand written, and even a little engaging. The link profile, as others have stated, includes links from Wikipedia and the Yahoo directory. However, a quick view in ahrefs also reveals that most of the links in the portfolio are pretty spammy. At least half of the links contain anchors for the same IM niche. Still, not bad for the price, though.

I'd say that, overall, this is a nice link at a decent price. However, if/when link building continues on this site, I hope xbilb is careful to create more anchor text diversity.
