I did reply to your PM yesterday itself when I was online. I reverted back to all my customers and you can confirm that. Strange the message isn't even in my sent box.

UPDATE:

I originally wanted to develop a WP/Joomla themes site. The first deadline of 8/9 came and went. The last correspondence I had with this guy was on 8/10. Based on the evidence that he had not even accessed the account to obtain the materials I was to provide to initiate the service, I accused him of doing nothing as of that point and requested my money back. I offered to make a positive feedback post on his gracious return of the funds - even though things had not worked out. The reply I recieved:

Does not necessarily have to be a black theme. Additional plugins other than your default set are attached that I think may be beneficial relative to affiliate links.

Please provide list of premium theme sources so that I may sign on to available affiliate programs. Don't rush for Wednesday, I'm busy on other stuff.

Excellent theme is a must for a theme site, therefore 10 more days - don't fuck me.

He never responded. So even if another disaster prevented him from getting this email, he still offered to have it done by last Wednesday - which has already come and gone with no results.

I'm just over two days away from the extension deadline that I offered. I have not seen the list of site links I requested, nor have I even seen a draft of the custom site theme or logo.

This thread reeks of curry and armpits.
 
I paid for 2 blogs 17 days ago. I have yet to see anything. I gave him a deadline of yesterday to refund me or deliver the entire package. The only thing he delivered was failure. Hasn't even contacted me. I have contacted paypal to dispute it as I know other WF members have done. If you have not already go ahead and hit paypal up...maybe if they see enough disputes they will reverse them all without waiting on this guy to do anything b/c I can only assume that he is not.

Sorry, the service is not a failure. Having issues with my internet after the rains. I am offering all my clients a refund and compensating them with anyway that I can.

I have sent out mails to everyone who subscribed. Just let me get my act together and I will sort out things for everyone.
 
He has replied to me and says he will refund me my money as well as send the work he has done for free. That would make me feel a little bit better about the experience and maybe show he actually had issues with getting online. *****BUT I have not seen anything from him and he says he has to wait until TUESDAY to refund me the money so I still can't say for sure.
 
my too. I have disputed it with paypal. make sure everyone that go the shaft from this guy do the same. Maybe paypal will see the trend and resolve all of our disputes.
