Well... couple things.

Just a recommendation, use wufoo. I want to buy two packages right away but your website doesn't exactly make it easy. If you wouldn't mind, pm me a paypal link for two and I'll just pm details.

Also, can we use 1 url/2kws per order?
 
I think one keyword is misleading. All of the bookmarks are done with related keywords. All of the blog comments are done with related keywords as well.

The 'tier1' squares in the diagram can be done with whatever keyword you want however.

I've just got it setup for one for concentrated link juice
