I'm sorry guys for posting that pic. No, I don't get high on other peoples suffering. Quite the contrary. These pictures are all over the news sites from Huffington Post, Atlantic etc.. I personally saw more bravery, caring for ones fellow man and personal sacrifice then anything else.

It's easy to forget how de-sensitized we become after years on the internet, I looked at that pic on twitter earlier and didn't even think about the gore factor, just that the guy looked seriously grey.

All it means is they are laying the groundwork for it. I will bet any amount the "suspect" will be an american, who happens to be a white male 24-45 years old. Its just to obvious. Patriots day is a holiday only celebrated in the North East. They would not make a big deal out of Patriots day if they didn't plan to exploit it. Why not call it the Boston Massacre? Or the Boston Marathon Massacre? Or "runner rampage" or whatever other clever play on words they can come up with. But no they choose an "obscure holiday" Everyone has heard of the Boston Marathon. Very few people whom are not a "Nor Easter" have ever heard of Patriots day

This picture is very graphic and horrific however, there is such heroism as well it is worth posting:

The guy assisting in the grey T-Shirt is a 'Tough Rucker' Marathon Tough Ruck : Military Friends Foundation which means he is more then likely a soldier or former military. Tough Ruckers honor their fallen comrades by walking the Boston Marathon.

Also notice that he is holding a femoral artery in his hand in order to prevent further blood loss for the victim. Incredible courage and situational awareness at work. More then likely this is not the first time he had to do things like this...

My thoughts and prayers are with all the victims of this horrible bombing.

That is just awful. Thank god we have good people that can step up and go above and beyond. It's men like that who make me proud to be an American.

Eh, you can make bombs out of pretty much anything. Household shit. Lots of things can make huge explosions. They could have a bomb made out of hair spray, batteries, drano whatever.
