Breaking Bad Series Premier *SPOILERS*

I think it's interesting to note that the people in Walt's life all have internalized the societal norms and laws of the US as their moral code. Walt has done some bad things but I think he puts loyalty to his family above all else (above the law of the land) and he is the only person to consistently do that. To say "me and mine come first, I'd bury a body for my family" is IMO admirable. Sad that no one around him has shown that level of loyalty. Betrayal after betrayal. The baby asking for her mother was symbolic of his family's total abandonment.

I think Marie is going to off herself or maybe Skylar will do me the favor.

I said in another thread that I think "what it is to be a man in America" is a big theme in this show, how different men react to having their back against the wall. But give me a break does every woman in this show have to be a traitor bitch ball buster? To review:

Marie- A total hipocrite, no family loyalty. If she was my sister I'd punch her in the face.

Skylar- Almost redeemed herself from 4 seasons of being a disloyal, over dramatic, ungrateful bitch on wheels when she cared for Walt in the bathroom scene when Walt passed out and then by supporting him with the "confession" But when she picked up that knife I was like wtf, you are choosing the bitch that tried to take your daughter and the guy that wants to destroy your family to make his career?

Lidia- Not terrible but still portrayed as a cold heartless bitch

Jane- I get that they had to make her unlikeable before they killed her but again, just one more bitch

Even the minor female characters are portrayed as either stupid or bitches or both...

The only one not completely heinous is Saul's secretary and that is a stretch.

All of AMC's shows display women pretty horribly, lol. Seriously produced some of the biggest bitches of TV shows I watch

Walter is not a sociopath lol. He holds alot of resentment because of his older two partners (the one that took the credit and became wealthy and renowned scientists) his whole life then found out he got cancer. It's more of a power struggle so he's channeling his anger from that to gain all the power. Like many of you have stated every single thing he's doing is for his family. Sociopaths don't give a shit about their family, absolutely no one but themselves.

Certain circumstances just pushed him to his limits. Also I'm pretty upset that they aren't going to do a spinoff of Fring's story. Would be pretty cool to find out why he's wanted from his home country and how he built his entire facade. Fring is truly a psychopath and a genius.

My wife and I disagree about what we saw in one of the flashback scenes.

In the episode where Walt visits his abandoned home, does the home have fire damage or is it just abandoned and out of sorts?

Just checked, it's episode 9, and not fire damaged, but it is condemned, with boarded up windows, floorboards coming up, and graffiti on the walls.

breaking-bad-barrel-walt.

Anyone noticed his pants from the first episode? LOL! Fucking brilliant!!

I feel so sad that this show is going to end soon...

No comments boys? One more to go....

I think Walt arrives at the Nazi compound and Jesse has already killed them all, then he kills Walt then himself. Ahhhh but the poison...

Ok so Lidia kills Meth Damon because he gets frisky, she releases Jesse who then turns on her killing her and the rest of the nazis. Walt arrives, kills Jesse then poisons Gretchen and Elliot for the win

The poison is for Skylar because she's the loose end that can hang his ass, i.e. testify. Walt is a sociopath and all that jazz about "family" is a ruse. Walt's gonna set a trap for the nazi's and fuck their shit up. Jessie dies in the crossfire. Todd is spared and him and Walt keep cooking and selling to Lydia. That's wassup.

Todd is a dead man walking. That's how this last episode works..

Todd has to die for sins commited
Jesse has to have his revenge even if he dies
Walt's family has to realize what a-holes they have been
Marie's got to get slapped (not sure how this will work but that's all I want for Xmas)

I think Walts ultimate fate will change how I feel about the whole series... if he dies was he the bad guy all along? I hope he lives

Is Todd going to get his own spinoff show? For a guy that comes off so dumb, he is just as calculating as WW

Dude, Walt's about to die from cancer. Why would he give a shit if Skylar testified against him or not? He doesn't even value his own life anymore. He's still about his family... in a weird, guilty, fucked up way.

I'm not sure what's going to happen in the last episode. Although I have a feeling Jessie isn't going to die.

Perhaps Walt's family gets merked by Meth Damon, and Walt tries to exact revenge? Unlikely, considering we know he'll be using ricin in the final showdown. I doubt he'd try to poison someone he couldn't get too close to.

I do find it strange how the last scene of the latest episode depicts Walt's former business associate from college on TV with his wife. You could see the jealousy and hatred welling up in him. I wonder how that's going to tie into the finale.

When they brought the Grey Matter company into the picture, it brought everything full circle.

And this entire time, Walt has been telling himself that it has all been for his family. But really, it's all been for his own self-vindication.

He was ready to turn it all in, for the second time, until he caught that interview on the air.

Err'ybody gon' die.

The beginning of this season started with Walt in a diner on his 52 birthday in New Hampshire. We got to see the machine gun in his trunk with some other shit. I presume that scene took place shortly after he bailed from the bar in this latest episode.

Walt goes to the Nazi's and kills them all with his super soaker. Todd meets a brutal death, separate from the rest of his group.

Walt dies - either from cancer or bloodshed.

Jessie's story - no idea.

Walt's family's story - no idea. I would love to see Skylar take a bullet.

Lidia most likely gets off scott-free.

Walter White born September 7, 1959. It's dead of winter when Walt leaves the cabin, hockey game on TV and there's snow on the ground when sheriff's show up at the bar. I'm thinking at least 6/7 more months will pass before the diner scene. This allows time for some of my theories to transpire

Good theories, but in that diner scene he shows the waitress his ID, which is a New Hampshire license, meaning it's probably the birthday of his fake identify rather than his real one. Also, based on the weather in the scene, as well as her surprise at his being from New Hampshire, I'd assume he's back in New Mexico there.
