email spam
phished email account (gmail,hotmail,yahoo) spam
direct mailing not can-spam compliant.
botnet spam
hacked social network account spam (fb,twitter,pinterest)
all the big time mailers, the guys who can make 70k-100k/day or over the weekend running a bizzop easy.

ok THEN when some heat and complaints come in.
They dont pay out their affiliates due to ToS(LOLOLOLOL) and keep all their money. (like a spammer is going to sue you for 40k they are owed from illegal traffic?? lol nope, its FREE MONEY! But they can ddos your tracking servers, hack into ALL your databases and destroy your life but thats a story for another day.)

Its why I dont push any traffic to cpa networks, they're all crooked in some way or another. one of the most shadiest industries, needs to be more regulated to keep people like these OUT.
