It might be a good banner for LifeLock or some other credit protection service offer. Take them to a landing page that says something like "You've been phished!!! Learn how to protect yourself from phishing and other online scams at [your aff offer]"
 
Yup, it's a very clever ad. The people who click on it are probably the ones that are loose with their credit card info, so they would be the perfect target audience for credit protection services.
 
Hahaha- thats awesome. On the landing page I'd tell them that their credit card has been stolen and their identity is at risk too so they should probably enter their social security number, date of birth, home address, phone number and mothers maiden name so I can check those too hahaha
