Look. We all know as SEOs that we want to 1) gain links and 2) have those links count.
#1 is very easy.
Xrumer, scrapebox, etc, can provide thousands of links in a very short period of time.
#2 is not.
Using those tools independently of one another creates a very unnatural link profile resulting in very little change in SERP position, or worse a penalty.

Sent you a PM about this but for everyone else - orders are done on a first come first serve basis. The WF 10 day thread situation actually works out here in that I won't start another thread unless I'm finished with all current orders.

Typically 1 URL with 3 KWs

You can use up to 3 URLs with 3 KW and the links will be spread over each of those URLs and KWs

So that means that the keywords should be related because there is equal chance that each URL will get any of the Keywords.

If you have anything more specific in mind .... PM me we might be able to work something out.
