Turnaround
TAT varies depending on the complexity of your order and my current queue. I typically write 3,000-8,000 words a day. If my schedule is clear, an order of 5,000 words generally takes 2-3 days. If I'm full, I might not be able to get to your project for 2 weeks.
ALWAYS contact me to find out current TAT. I'll give you an honest answer even if it means we won't be able to work together on that project.

I like to know what I'm working on before I accept a job. I realize this takes a little longer, but it is what it is. If we work together on a regular basis, ordering becomes as simple as an email, Skype chat or 5-minute phone call. Until then, I need some information about your goals and business to deliver a superior product.
After we've agreed on the basics of your project, I'll send out an invoice.
I also send out a questionnaire detailing the specifics of your order. It's short and easy to answer, but it is important. It gives me an idea of what you want, the audience, your purpose and goals as well as stylistic preferences.
Orders under $150 are due upfront. Orders over $150 will be billed 50 percent upfront and 50 percent on delivery.
Revisions & Guarantee
I offer two rounds of revision if necessary. All revision requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Complete rewrites are only offered if the content is not within the parameters originally agreed upon.
My guarantees is simple. I provide a service. I do everything in my power to provide you with unique, high quality content that pleases you.
If I anticipate a deviation from the original TAT, I'll notify you immediately. Any tardiness on a deadline will result in you receiving services in addition to our original agreement. In the unlikely event this happens, you have the option of using the additional services at the time I inform you of a delay, or at a future date.

- Research - Topic research, competition research and keyword research. This can take up to 2 days, but typically takes less than half a day.
- Writing - I plan and write the content.
- Leave it alone - Once it's written, I put it away for a while. I prefer overnight, but 8 hours or so works as well. This allows me to detach myself from my writing and makes it easier to spot errors and improve different aspects of the content.
- Polishing - This is the editing stage. After I've stepped away for a bit, I come back to proofread and edit. This includes cleaning up text, improving problems with flow and other nuances that turn good content into professional content. Then I do a final proofing and send it to your inbox.
