Built Website With Partner. How to Protect Myself?

Why aren't you talking to your partner about this?

Is this the first time you have had these thoughts? (Oh shit, I need to protect my interests?)

Do you think he is thinking the same thing?

Or is he already in the process of fucking you over.

If I were you, I would spend more time pondering and asking for advice on a gay webmaster forum. That is the clear solution to your (potential) problem.

That's a very good question actually, let me explain.

Usually, first impressions are super important.

If you don't open my door for me, we're done...

If you bring crackers into the bedroom, we're done...

If you're too tight, I suspect you're not sure of yourself, we're done...

I like men with experience, real men, that do man things.

I don't want some sissy faggot in the bedroom.

Me and this guy were running a forums back in 09 and it got pretty big and we were selling a bunch of forums subscriptions and software and shit.

We got in to a fight over like $1000 or something stupid like that and I ended up jacking the site because I owned the domain name.

He was pretty fucked and couldn't do anything about it as we didn't have any contractual agreement and because we lived in different countries.

Ironic part is that someone pulled the same stunt on me years later in 2012 except the guy just said that the forums was moving to a new domain (in his name) while I was on vacation, ran off with a fat chunk of my user base.

tl;dr get it in writing or own the domain else you're fucked

Shit homeboi...

Since I can't sleep right now...

Partnership Agreement | Free Partnership Agreement Forms | Entrepreneur.com

Add some shit that is pertinent to your specific business at the bottom, try to use legal words so you don't sound like a faggot, etc.

Sign it, get him to sign it. (Use fax machines if necessary)

That should be OK in the short term.

Then, get to a lawyer and get everything organized, like a real business.

It's better to get this shit taken care of sooner than later. Ask anyone.
