What is my indexing method?
Can't tell you that, but I will say that it is nothing special, just building links to your links done in bulk. Using the usual scrapebox, bookmarking links, twitter etc.
Is indexing the same as pinging?
No. I build backlinks to your links so that Google will crawl them, i won't do any pinging whatsoever.
How do I make an order?

I think it is pretty good, however I want the review copies to speak for themselves.
For process two and three do you remove the already indexed links?
No, for each process I put the same links in again and again . Because I will be handling such large numbers of links i don't have the capacity to check which ones are or aren't indexed.
