They do it in Russia. Even when it's really cold, and even at night.
Usually there is a car parked on the side of the freeway with headlights turned on. A chick stands in front of the car so that she is illuminated by the beam.
It's all clearly visible from far away so you have plenty of time to slow down and stop near her.
She wouldn't be a hooker though. Instead, she would normally give you the directions of how to get one. Usually involves making a turn and following some secondary road few hundred yards away.
At the same time, she serves the function of a lookout. So if cops show up, she just makes a phone call and all the hookers at that spot disperse.
It's a pretty effective system.
You see the shit in the background of the hookers? Gee maybe there's a house down that dirt path, or perhaps some mobile homes out in the boondocks like they have around here when you leave the city limits a bit.
Some hookers (the street ones) in Europe are so hot you would introduce them to your mom.
Get out of Nebraska (or the US for that matter) and you'll see some ridiculous things.
