BuyDomains.com - anyone have a contact there?

So, I messed up and forgot to renew a domain name for a IRS-recognized not-for-profit organization I'm a Board member on. Domain squatters BuyDomains.com now has it, and wants over $2,000 to get it back. I realize I'm the one that fucked up, but was wondering if anyone had a contact there... I know there are some big domainers on these forums.

BuyDomains sucks. Dealt with them once and will not deal with them again. You can normally bargain them down to around 45% of their asking price, but thats probably all you can do.
