Buying raw land

Land is cheap now. But I dont see another construction boom for while. I'm thinking smaller ranch homes with large lots that can be divided in the future. At least you can get some rental income. Buy short sale or reo - 75% to current value - good downpayment - you will have cash flow. Rental market in hot right now.

Few people think about this kind of thing, but raw land is an excellent place to hide bodies.
