Take over my business for me.
In part due to the fact that we never developed a sophisticated (read: not PHP email submit) ordering system, the business has become too time consuming to handle.
As far as I know, there aren't too many people out there doing targeted design in this field, and there's definitely still room to expand. If you're good at self promotion it's quite easy to get 5 clients/ 500 bucks a week. Also, we're obviously the top SERP for "buy landing pages" on google.
However, I won't lie. That 500 dollars a week WILL be earned. The site needs promotion on forums, though word of mouth has been helping too. Dealing with clients takes a LOT of time, you have to have at least passable design skills if you're thinking of taking over and not just running an arbitrage site or redirecting. Most clients will NOT let you use their designs in your gallery, because they think people are going to rip them off, I could go on.. the point is, it's not just waiting for the money to come in, unless you can somehow subcontract competent designers (a disastrous experience was had with us in that regard.)
We had a buyout offer that we didn't take about a month ago, but both my partner and I are going on vacation and neither of us wants to expend the effort to keep the site running.. or do any more landing page design for other people. If you need to see analog stats you can give me a PM.
You get our client list (~40 people, though we'll have to have that vetted legally, as we promised to never SELL clients information, waiting to hear back if it's legal to transfer it), art and code assets (read:HTML, PSDS, CSS) and buylandingpages.com and .net .
