Came across this tool for Adsense and images

My question is, is it no longer for public use with adsense? I am under the assumption that it once was but now is limited to his own network ads =)

Are there any alternatives out there?

I understand what it does. Thing is - you need to use images you have rights to. You're probably better off using restriction-free images from http://www.sxc.hu

Kind of taking me out of context here. I don't care if it's old. I was more interested in any alternatives if there any out there.

It is slower than shit though.

Dunno about the don't use borders advice there. Google has said more than a few times that you must have a border between images and ads. - You may get away using light-coloured dashed lines though.
