yeah sorry if I smutted up your name, but to confirm (and for the $180 guy); I did receive my refund. So all is well. It's just the services were not rendered as discussed and i couldnt find ya so i ran amuk on the forum and posted this.

Anyhow, to confirm - I found the guy, lol - and was refunded. Thanks and again sorry for the thread

Dear Zingo, i never shared iTrader with same ip.my all the clients were out side of the my country.my all the iTrader submitted by out side person of my country. please kindly understand. i am using dialog HSDPA mobile broadband dial up internet connection PM sent to Zingo

Alright... so far, all I can see that the IP adress changes frequently (dialup), and some users have posted with the same IP as one of the posts. (coincidence, most likely)

I think this is just one case of underdelivery and was resolved already (refund given, see above).

Yep.. That's pretty common in Sri Lanka which is a small Island country (I am currently living there). There are only 6-7 ISPs and only 3 of them are commonly used by the individual users. These ISPs use a NAT and the public IP is assigned from a pool of very limited IPs while the number of users are much more. And 1-2 shitty ISPs don't even rotate the public IPs and they put 100s of users behind one IP.
The connection is not dial-up (It's dead 8-10 years ago). Most of the connections are Mobile broadband (HSDPA - Dialog Wiki), ADSL and WiMax

I know blog8491 is from Sri Lanka. Few months back sanseseo bought one of my lists and at that time I knew that he too was from Sri Lanka. Well, I don't know about other ones but they also should be from the same country.

99% of the users in Sri Lanka use either a dynamic pool of IPs or a common NAT IP.
