Charlie - fame - wealth = ?

He can only be Charlie who doesn't give a shit because his riches and notoriety are great enablers. I think he'd be pretty average if he had to wake up every day and report to a normal job.

That's my spin on it. What do you think?

Guys like us can give less of a shit than Sheen because we're not accountable to anyone. Sheen had the pressure of a $2-million per episode contract - that's a lot to lose. And that pressure limited his behaviour since he's a public figure, accountable to his employers, manager, agent, etc. Under those circumstances it's pretty impressive that he can not give a fuck.

Me on the other hand, it makes perfect sense that I just get wasted and fuck girls 7 days a week. I have no boss and no public image so who cares. :music06:

My opinion: they show was done with anyways. Why not make the main character a star and propel him into the publics eye with a bang when you end it, instead of saying "we're off the air"???

It's been going for almost 8 seasons already... nothing lasts forever.

So what? Who is anything with out their talents or personality traits. People are who they are and he happens to be hilarious, if it's a biproduct of his fame and wealth so be it.

They should just bring Sheen back now he's more famous than ever.

I've never watched the show although it repeats fairly often in the UK, would prob check it out next time I see it on now.
 
The show kind of reminds me of "The Office" (not plot etc) but either people don't like it (they don't get it or find the comedy humorous) or they love it.

People don't just work for money. They work to have some productive pass time, to establish some self esteem as an individual.

Charlie has been crazy rich for a long time.
