OK, so here's my review of phseomaverick's service:
Ordered on the 19th and received my report today. Can't complain about that. A+ for turnaround time.
As far as quality of the service, I checked all links through scrapebox and aprox. 900 are alive which means 10% of the links are dead. Adding to that, OP claims that PR ranges from 1 to 8, which imho is a modification of the truth. There was only one PR 8 domain, and none of the articles were live on that domain. A big majority of the domains were N/A, which I really don't mind but I think phseomaverick shouldn't advertise it as "PR ranges from 8 to 1."
Other than that, there are slightly less than 700 unique domains. No complaints here.
I would recommend OP to step up his game up a bit, because it needs some work, but in all honesty for the price you can't really go wrong with this. You get hundreds of links from unique domains for very cheap. Would recommend anyone who's interested to try his service out.

If we order the 3k package, are we gauranteed the PR8 link? Do you actually own these sites, or are they owned by somebody else?

Got my report from Phseomaverick today.
He over-delivered by a long shot. I ordered the 1000 posts and received 1130. 130 free links for me, yay =)
I didn't have time to check every link, but I checked a lot of them and the blogs look clean and my links are all dofollow.
A couple negatives -
1.About 3 of the 20 links I checked were down (either 404 errors, server timeout, or had to login to see the post). He makes up for this with his over-delivery however, so, no biggie there.
2.Google only indexed 2/20 of the blogposts I checked. This number should increase over time, however.
As for SERP increase, still way too early to tell. I am going after a competitive keyword in a very competitive niche, so I'm not expecting much.
Overall - Would give this service an A-. I'm very pleased with the service/report and only see a couple flaws. Will order again in the future. Thanks for the review opportunity!
