cheap backlinking outsourcing

so I have magic submitter, a tool i plan on starting to use to backlink my sites with VERY soon...I just need to flip through the tutorials. However, I know that I'm going to need some help getting my sites to rank highly....

To begin, I'm willing to spend up to 10 dollars for someone to backlink a site for me (i.e. no greater budget than that for now).

What I'm saying is if you were willing to spend $10 on a site (in the beginning) what are some cheap backlinking services that can help you out? Does anyone know?

I usually go to Forum like wickedfire, WF, etc to find cheap backlinks.

There is a guy selling 5000 forum profile xrummer blasts for $8 on backlinksforum-dot-com. I got it and was able to find over 5300 sites with my link. Dont know how long they will stick but it was worth the $8.

For a $10 budget you need first to target a keyword that has no competition so you can see some progress in your ranking, then you can build few web 2.0 properties to work as a buffer and then build backlinks to this properties (blog comments and profile links from fiverr)

Get a 5$ link wheel on fiver
Then get a mass spammy comments package to the link wheel. Make sure your links from your web 2.0s use a variety of anchors. - the number 1 mistake with link building tends to be to little variation of the anchor text.
