Hey felix, yes if you are placed on the home page you will stay there. These are not blogs, these are static page websites, so even being placed on a secondary page will result in your link staying put on a PR3 page or whatever level link you order.
Long story short, whatever PR you buy now, your link will still be on that same PR page a year from now and beyond. The only change could be the PR going UP, because I continue to feed backlinks to all of the sites. Thanks 4 the question!
