Are they all dofollow? If not what is the percentage brake down?
You seem to be new here. Are you new to blog commenting?
What is the average OBL in each page?
Is the PR you mention the PR of the blog or PR of the page you comment on?
How are you going to ensure that you would not keep commenting on the same pages again and again on the further packages ordered?

OP gave me 100 comments are a review.

I wasn't quite sure to expect due to the post stating "PR0 to PR7 blogs!", which is a pretty big range.

The comments were delivered in a timely fashion, and were all present, however there were only 4 URL's above PR N/A, however they all looked like they would stick.

As far as I can tell, this is just a usual scrapebox blast but on a small scale? Unless I'm completely missing the point.
