Hello, thank you for that and yeah I did mean VPS, I'd go check that EC2 and linode. I'd go for the free ones first then maybe move to paid ones when I get the hang of it.
You have to be more specific if you need more exact advises. Your post does not specify what is the purpose to have a VPS or cloud server? What kind of website you are intending to have? If you can elaborate you might get some help.
