Just found this today, guess I'm eligible for $1k-$2k of compensation from when Paypal froze $72k worth of sales in my account over the 2013-2014 holiday season.

They have the basic claim capped at $440 -- or are you hoping to succeed with an alternate claim?

I did an alternate claim, held $72k or so for 30-45 days, max cap of $2k for an alternate claim.
