I just got some cheap alcohol free screen cleaner from an electronics store. Came with a special cloth.

They tried to up sell me the monster brand version.. but this works just fine and was half the price.

I appreciate this thread. My new Vista (blah) computer has this shiny screen. I find it rather annoying in my aspects including the fingerprints and dog hair!

Dont use any alcohol on your screen ...all you need is a microfibre eyeglasses cleaning cloth.

what i do is dip it in warm water then wring it right out and GENTLY go over my screen with it. Its all you need to do.

Same here, microfiber towel, slightly damp with water.. wipe it off with the damp part then the dry part of the towel.. simple

Usually before wiping my screen, I brush it with one of those lcd anti-static brushes to remove all the loose particles. Then I wipe it with a microfiber cloth and a non-alcoholic cleaner.

I'm so ballin I just buy a new monitor and clean the old monitor with the new one.
