You getting a Forbidden page when you set up cloaking? If so, and you're on Host Gator, that's the problem.

I remember you had a thread about this so what did you decide to host prosper on after all?

Yea I actually was going to go with zensix and he offered me his last $20 spot but he had a bunch of people wanting that spot so he needed a decision from me last night, and I wasnt going to be able to start my hosting plan til later this week because money is tight right now. So yeah I decided to go with mediatemple's grid service. Havent ordered it yet but I was talking to someone else that was involved with my thread and it was very easy for him to get prosper202 up and running asap and he says the user interface is custom, easy to use, and looks really good.
*Just a note for anyone interested in zensix, subigo seems like a really nice guy he was really helpful and his packages are good. Right now he has a waiting list on his site so if you guys want zensix hosting I would go and sign up to the waiting list immediately.

Cool! It looks like they have some nice hosting. Btw I just finished chating with HostGator for the cloaking issue and its working fine now.

dude tbh when i first started looking for hosting i thought about hostgator too because of their cheap shared prices, but you really do get what you pay for. when your constantly sending clicks to prosper it works hard and needs a hosting plan thats going to keep it running smoothly. the way i see it, if you use cheaper hosting like hostgator, and then your paying for clicks, yould end up wasting money. ive heard alot of horror stories about hg with prosper, plus on shared prosper could lag, crash, or miss clicks. you need all the info you can get, especially when your just testing a new offer. Honestly just do yourself a favor and get the $20/month from mediatemple or zensix. It will pay off in the long run when you scale up and are sending more and more clicks to prosper. good luck

looks like a good one. Saw their video and looks like their hosting kick ass. Only problem is the freakin waiting list. Any alternative for faster response that u can pm me about that?
I would pm subigo and ask him, but i know for a fact theres some people on the list because i just talked to him a couple days ago. It sucks that theres a waiting list, but just sign up for later because its there for a reason. Zensix is kinda known around here for not overselling aka they like to keep things super smooth and fast for people that are already customers. Good luck
