Yes, you can use your own list but it doesn't support those custom SB sites at the moment, just Pligg. We're adding Scuttle and PHPdug very soon though.

Depends on your campaign and a few other factors (captcha service availability, proxies, if URL has been submitted, and if your campaigns meet the requirements) but it should be more than 1k+ now.
