Can this easily handle large lists of urls to backlink? Let's say I have 1000 article links that I want blasted. Am I going to have to create my own spin or can I just import the links and this software handles it for me?

It can handle a large list of URL's but if you're asking about a one-click mass URL importer no we don't have that at the moment. You can separate the URL's and create multiple projects/campaigns though.

Hi how many sites it have by default and we can import our list also, can i know how many maximum success people are getting like, i have extreme wiki poster basic version ., from 30000 list, first time got 12000 success, then it goes on decreasing, now getting 4000-5000 so ,
