I have a little squeeze page on the "online paid survey" niche. I get a lot of opt-ins and a good amount of traffic each day. I feel like I could be making more money if I was using co-registration (i'm pretty sure that is the term) on my page.

How can I do that with mine? Is there some network out there that deals with co-registration?
Google was useless in this adventure. All it gave me were search results to a bunch of $97 ebooks I could buy that were about co-registration.
