Hi Wickedfire,

I'm currently running an EDU campaign focusing on people who want to go back to school, or are looking for alternative schooling opportunities. I'm looking to grow the program and am open to new publishers. I'll keep the post short, and you can contact me for more information.

What I'm Looking For Exactly:
Traffic that can drive good phone submissions in the "top" EDU verticals (I'm being vague here on purpose, contact me for specifics).

Accepted Channels:
- Pay Per Call/Click to Call
- Host and Post
- Co-Reg
- Hot Transfers

Payment:
Currently paying out up to $30 for qualified leads. By qualified leads I mean someone who a) WANTS to go to school in the next 12 months and b) is interested in one of our offered programs (there's quite a few, again I'll send them after our initial contact).

Since we're paying for qualified leads there's no scrubbing going on - I'll send you the exact form I use to verify the leads, it's very straightforward. Affiliates CANNOT target leads in the 6-12 month range, we pay for them to keep affiliates in the Green, but don't want an overwhelming amount.

We can provide creatives for certain niches, although you'll probably do a lot better if you make your own - after all it is your traffic, you should know what drives conversions best.

Contact Information
Email: jsantiago ~at~ neoc.info
AIM: jsantiagoMedia
Phone: Given after initial contact

I want to reiterate that we pay based on interest, not on enrollment - If someone WANTS to go to school in the next year you get paid; you get paid more for leads interested in 0-3 months, and leads interested in 3-6 months.

No incentivized traffic, reselling of leads, anything common sense tells you is fraud, etc. Don't waste my time and I wont waste yours. Looking forward to doing business with you guys.

How often do you payout, is there a daily cap, and are all 50 states accepted?

How often do you payout, is there a daily cap, and are all 50 states accepted?

Payment terms are on a per vendor basis, it all depends on how much volume you're doing, the quality of the leads you're sending, etc. Shoot me an email with a little more detail on what you do and I'll be able to answer that question a lot better.

As for daily cap I'll typically start new affiliates at 50 leads/day during the initial 2 week testing, and from there it can be lifted for scaling - if you've got something that's hard to gauge initial volume (offline promotion for example) we can talk about lifting it, but don't expect to go limitless your first day.

All 50 states are accepted for most promotional methods. The only promo method that's geo-limited is radio, which has 13 states you can't advertise in.

Some of you may be wondering how these leads are qualified so I'll answer it - we have a fairly large call center in West Palm Beach, FL. Both inbound and outbound calls are qualified there by some pretty good reps, if you'd like to test out the call center and see quality of reps on the phone that can be accommodated.

I'd like to mention since we have a qualifying process for the leads there is 0 scrubbing going on - For new affiliates I send out weekly disposition reports which detail exactly what happened with each and every one of your leads.

Any other questions or concerns feel free to contact me.

Quick Update:
We have implemented an IVR and are able to start paying on a time-duration basis for certain affiliates, contact me for more information on that.

Also for those of you who want quicker payments you can check out our programs on Commission Junction.
