I was wondering what EPC's others were seeing. Looks like Colon has the best EPC's but least amount of people running them. Is Acai still the best?

I see the same thing but so many people still run Acai as number 1 on their pages as opposed to colon which has the higher EPC. I would think more people would use colon as the feature product and acai or guarana as the up-sell.

I always thought that the reason colon EPC was higher was that more people are likely to click on "step 1" and not convert, and that there was a greater EPC on colon due to less clicks to the upsell and more likelyhood of converting (many of those clicks had already converted for acai so were more likely to convert for #2).

Was just in the middle of typing the same thing.

Exactly my thought as well.

Has anyone proved this right or wrong?

Oops... To answer your question though, yes we have tried marketing the products in different orders, and we actually saw lower numbers.

I think part of the magic of Acai is it's celebrity endorsement.

The acai landing pages also have better sales materials as well; I think Dr. Oz / Rachael Ray youtube videos talking about the benefits of Acai for weightloss is more motivating to overweight people than a boring 60 minutes special on how Colon cleansing may cure cancer.

My Two Cents.

#2 always has a higher EPC

I have to laugh about that - Not one of the "endorsements" mentions weight-loss as being a benefit of Acai and/or antioxidants. When LPs use videos and surround them with text about weight loss, users easily tune out the specifics of the video, and pay attention to the text on the page and/or pre-sell page.

I can barely get either of these to convert so far..i must suck more than I thought

There is a much larger market for acai berry. Also they generally land on the page looking for it.

I agree. Colon 1, Acai 2 does not yield the same overall revenue for the same page. EPCs both dropped. Has anyone ever tried Colon keyword groups with the upsell a different product? Not Acai...

Acai was kicking butt until google put the slap down on me. About 1/3 of the Acai converts also picked up the colon cleanse too.

I second what everyone else is saying. Second offer converts about 50% of the time when the first one converts.

That being said... I've tried literally about 20 different methods of selling colon by itself, and even though the pass through rate is much higher than blog style on many of them... the god damn fucking blog style just outperforms everything.
