I've got a review copy. So I'd like to say that:

Speed: 5/5 - Really fast delivery. I don't even expect that I'll get the report file so early.
Communication: 5/5 - I've got almost instant message in PM. Absolutely minimum amount of moves. This is like should be business done today. Gave instructions, work've been started.
Price: 5/5 - Manual creating of web2.0s + human readable content can't be extra cheap. Besides you should get extra seo juice cause you'll get multi-tier linkbuilding. The main feature I like is that tier 1 is created manually. Only social bookmarks (pligg) could be done using some software.
Quality: 5/5 - As I said articles are human readable. However, web2.0s have only 1 page without images or videos. But I'm sure that you can customize you instructions depending on your own experience. Tier 1 consists of edu links, web 2.0 + high pr angela links.
Overall Review: 5/5 - As for me I prefer multi paged web2.0s with some media. I think you can ask Le-Project for some customization especially if you provide images and video.
