A couple of questions:

What all types of things do you include in the On Page optimization?

Can you provide me with a sample of your content writing? Also, instead of having all the posts put on the site at once, can I schedule the posts?

Would you offer discounts for volume of package C?

Received my $35 package. OP provided exactly as described and for $35 you can't really go wrong. I decided to make a few changes myself after it was finished and OP again offered to makes any changes I needed.

If you're looking to get some content up on the cheap to start aging a domain while you work out what your doing with it, this is a decent way to go.
