People think they're healthy because they go to the gym 3 times a week for an hour at a time, the rest of the time is driving, light walking and sitting. Their heart rate would have a few spikes a week.

Then you've got someone who is on their feet all day, like a waitress perhaps, and it looks like:

Pretty obvious who's going to have the healthier cardiovascular system, and less risk of dying from heart related problems.
 


This is why I try to get up every 30-45 mins and walk around for 5-10 minutes. Also, I lift 5 days a week and play basketball 3-4 times a week as well. Still won't eliminate the problems with sitting so much, but it's better than nothing.

Legs are the first thing to go with age, its pretty much common sense, I dont need some poindexters to tell me that.
