Forgive my newbie-ness with this one, but I have a GoDaddy hosting account, and I've purchased 3 domain names through them as well. Right now one of them is set up as a website, but I was wondering if there was a way to set the other 2 up as well with the same hosting plan...?

Anyone know if/how this is possible?

Nope, not through Godaddy. Individual hosting plans cost only a couple bucks a month though.

Unless I'm totally misunderstanding the question. If you want all 3 sites to point to the same place, then you can turn on a 301 or 302 domain redirect and point the other 2 to your main site. But no, if you're looking to run one hosting plan and 3 different websites, you can't do it with GD.

Au Contraire my friend,

After a few hours of tinkering and whatnot, I found a way!!

First, both domains need to have the same nameserver, then you simply add it under the host manager > manage domains >Assign domain to hosting site

Then just point the chosen domain to a /blah directory, throw the page in that directory, and viola!

I have had like 10 people tell me It wasnt possible though... Maybe it only is with some plans? I have the Deluxe plan, but not premium or dedicated or anything like that...

wow first time i heard someone make that work. maybe time to get better hosting though. godaddy is shit to use

Yea, I've seen tons of people say it wasn't possible... And yea GoDaddy sucks, but so far they have been stable for me... My only issues with them are how complicated and confusing they make seemingly simple tasks...
