still bitter about qualifying? Gotta "hand" it to france for their poor performance though...
no, gotten over it and i'm actually going for england, no-one believes me! i've loads of mates in london and always over there on the sauce. i'm actually thinking of flying over for the game.
just being rational, england have so far been SHOCKING at this world cup, like all other big tournaments.
and every english guy i know is going on about how good the win over slovenia was. SLOVENIA!
but i can't complain, in the words of eamon dunphy, this is the soap opera that. just. keeps. on. giving.
At least we finally had a decent game, the game today was actually entertaining which is more than I can say about the last two. Not to sure how well we're gonna do against Germany, not a good knockout game to have first.
Funny that because France are out, Spain have lost, Germany have lost, Italy have drawn 2 games, Portugal have drawn one game.
Just because you don't pick up 3 points from every game doesn't mean you can't win the cup..
If you think about it the only goal England have conceded within the last 270 minutes of football was a fluke goalkeeper error, the fact that we haven't scored as many isn't such an issue when you don't concede... if the Irish had scored more than conceded then they'd also be in the world cup
