Congratulations Kacey From Neverblue

C'mon. Mistakes happen, and they always will. You're that concerned take steps yourself to protect your business.

Yea, you're 100% right. No argument there. Problem is going back and updating xxx emails that you've dropped in the previous 3 years.

Nvb went to shit when Rami left. I have some issues that are still pending 1 month later.

I personally have never met a female affiliate manager at a trade show that wasn't attractive and friendly. I'm guessing they're hired to be fetching and personable first - not for their terrific skills or knowledge about the business.

Most networks likely have several hot women managing affiliates' accounts. Why is it surprising there was a little mail screw-up? Although I'm sure plenty of them got smart once they were fully trained.

Yeah, but at least when that happened with Motive Interactive Brendan logged onto wicked fire basically right away, apologized, said the person who did it had been dealt with and that it would never happen again.

We're already on page 2 and nothing from NB.

I am not in any position to give an official apology as I just participate in this forum to educate myself, keep updated on industry happenings and to help other WF members regarding NB issues/problems if need be. I'm sure you are all well aware that this was a mistake, and I can clarify that this mistake and post has been acknowledged by many NB employees who are also members of this forum. This forum is a rough place at times, and I'm sure that even the most sincere apology will be met with an onslaught of witty remarks, including what I post here.

ruins 411, who many of you know works for NB, has already acknowledged this post and addressed the isssue:

Woh woh woh. I personally know Kacey and she is a total sweetheart. She's an assistant that is helping out while some of the AM's are in Costa Rica for the Out of Bounds 2 thing. People make mistakes and I'm sure she'll be the first to admit she made one here so I think we all need to lay off the poor girl a bit.

In regards to Neverblue, they're aware of the situation and I'm sure they'll be addressing it shortly.

"Kacey Tiffin From Neverblue, dumb bitch" ... maaaaaybe a little harsh no?
Then a wedding picture of her under a thread named that...
Come on now.

Publicly "airing" our mistake on this Forum is totally acceptable, expected and we appreciate the benefits this forum offers - more often then not, you guys beat us in responding to NB affiliate issues and questions that get posted here. However, speaking for myself, and similarity to the post by ruins 411, this issue could have been dealt with in more professional manner.

Many members of our team are in Costa Rica on the affiliate retreat and I'm sure a more official apology will be extended to those who were affected by OUR mistake.

First, an apology wouldn't have been met with more remarks. It would have been treated a lot better than what's gone on so far. Secondly, yes the first time was acceptable.. But as others have said, it happened again right after? After the thread was posted...? And you said you all acknowledged it happened again...? I mean personally I'm not here to take sides, but if my email was on that list I wouldn't work with you ever again. Period.

Well, that and you're the only network to ever deny me (edit: twice). So I guess I'm a tad biast after all.

Why didn't anyone call out CX when they did it when their teeth offer capped? CX actually did the exact same thing and sent it out a second time to "recall the message"

Sorry to hear about the denial(s). If you are interested in ever applying again, simply PM me. More often than not it is just a connecting/communication issue.

Amy left unexpectedly I think late nov. early dec. and I haven't had an AM until two days ago. ^^^

Judging from the bumbled wolf's previous misogynistic postings this thread has got as much "Awe" as watching flies squat on shit. Your epeen extended by 1/32 of an inch congrats!

I came over from GFY, so the remarks are pretty tame, IMO.

Hey, everyone does make mistakes...she was probably doing a million other things, in addition to sending out some emails.

I've done it before...it just taught me to pay more attention (and quit text messaging/facebook/playing online poker all at the same time).

The thing that I have an issue with is the untimely response to this...everyone taking a vacation in Costa Rica is no excuse.

In my opinion the root of the issue is not that a human made a mistake, it is the process in place to send marketing emails to NB affiliates.

Why are bulk marketing messages being sent out by people's personal outlook work email accounts anyway?

Why don't they (all networks) get a CRM system or at least aweber or something to send these emails?

W/e mistakes happen, is this really going to kill you or your business...it is bad business, but its not the end of the fucking world. Mistakes happen, have you ever made one?

bb_wolfe just hatin' on women again. I've had a network send me much more confidential information on accident before, it happens, move on!
