Content for webmasters OR for target audience?

If you make a lot of money online, please respond to this question...

I run an online weight loss program at PhenForum.com. All my articles I've distributed and put in my blog have been geared toward potential customers.

Instead of gearing my articles and blog posts toward customers, should I gear them towards weight loss webmasters? Would this get me more links and help me network more?

your articles should be for your customers ... if they like your article they will link to your site ...

PS : You shouldn't put anchor text in your post

Thanks for the tip - How do I stop it from putting the anchor text in my posts? I want to post the URL but vbulletin automatically puts the title in.

Any idea?
