Hey,
I checked you profile on here and noticed that you were on forum today. As that is the case why the hell are you not answering queries, PM's from paying customers?
After all you are supplying a service and part of that service is to repond to said customer queries. I myself received my 10 articles on time, which is great. My only problem is that you did not use the kw's supplied in the titles of the articles. I have emailed you persistently plus sent PM's but you seem to be ignoring these - is there a reason for this?
