Hey,

We apologize about that.

Our site is under attack at the moment. The attackers seem to be targeting us personally -and from what we've found in the code thus far (and a previous attack we thwarted) it seems to be organized by a competing service. We're going to investigate the source further and take necessary action once it has been determined.

The site will be offline temporarily as I am having my programmers pour over the code to flush everything out and bolster the security of the site to prevent them from compromising it again.

Note though, no customer information has or can be compromised. The information is stored and processed offsite on high security servers and none of it can be accessed from our website, host or databases. The only effect of the attack has been the site redirecting and being blocked for some users.

I will update this thread once everything has been flushed out and the new security protocols have been implemented and the site is back up again.

We will be offering a re-launch discount once everything has been sorted out to make up for any issues the site being offline may have caused our customers. So keep your eye out for that.

Update:

We got flooded with orders for several hundred content pieces in the first 3 hours since re-launching. We will be closing the order form now as we've sold out.

A great, big THANK YOU to all our loyal customers who bared with us through the delay of getting back up and running again.

If you were on our customer list and got our email about the 10% relaunch discount but weren't quick enough to get in on the action, don't worry.

Since we sold out far quicker then we expected, we are going to be extending the discount so that you guys can get in on it once we re-open for orders in a day or so.

I was lucky to get my order in for 6 regular content articles but wasn't quick enough to finish filling out the form for one of your new high conversion reviews before you were closed again... Looking forward to you opening back up for business.
