Ralphy, I'm in the same boat. Already paid half on a 25 article order (65$), havn't heard back from this guy since. Order's are supposed to be fulfilled on the 31st - but I've sent 3 emails and no reply in 3 days. As I see you are having the same problem, reversing payment.
