Berto, We sincerely appreciate your review. I think the article could have been 10x better without errors if Grammarly wasn't down for the past few days (it's back up now).
As far as our management team and keeping everyone up to date, we've figured out that this is a major difference between us and most article writing groups - Communication is extremely important to us.
Once again, we appreciate your review, and will strive to get better and better each day.
Also, one thing I forgot to mention in our sales thread:
Each day, our writing team has to go through writing exercises to better their writing every day for 1 hour. As time goes on, this should bring our content from good to exceptional.

+1 x 1000!! This will certainly help even more, even though it was hardly needed on my article. I've always wished people would use it more often.
