Controlling Post Workout Hunger

Squash. You can eat a ton and still keep calories ridiculously low. Or salad ( I mean lettuce or similar, not a salad with-everything-in-it ). Chiken, turkey, cod ( this is very high in protein ), beef, beans.

Cod doesn't fill me as much as chiken, beef or turkey do.

You know the best way to control your hunger is to be too lazy to go shopping for food after work out. Just keep your fridge empty... works for me to lose pounds even if I don't want.

By the way working out sucks. Rather stay a fat boy! You don't have to look good to get the hotties. If you don't get hotties without workouts... you're makin somethin very wrong.

Let me guess - you pick up tons of chicks because from across the room they get wet when they see your awesome personality and great sense of humor?

Haha, strong miscers ITT?

BTW, have a whey protein shake as whey protein is fast-digesting protein. It'll probably have sugar in it to, which will spike insulin levels get your nutrients to your muscles faster. Mix whey with milk = better calories.

On a cut, you still eat, you just eat less and no junk food + higher protein.

I eat 3 meals and 2 snack meals a day never hungery.. Post workout you always need to drink some protein.

If your hitting the weights hard your supposed to get 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight, I have found 1:1 works just fine.

Eat low glycemic foods and high protein (kills hunger) this is what I eat all week have have been for years now, I cheat on the weekend of course. Buying like this makes it real easy.. My Fit Foods - Order Menu (look for this company to go national someday they are killing it)

Supplements: Pre-work out - 1MR

Morning: vit E, multivitamin, and fish oil (and before bed as well)

I have been in the gym most of my adult life, wife thinks I am a "meathead" must have heard that on some show.
