Cop Bravely Assaults Mouthy 15 Yr Old Girl

Its not like this situation doesn't occur frequently, the only difference is is that this was caught on tape and she was a minor. But these kind of actions, regardless of what transpired are unacceptable and clearly give good cops a bad reputation. This kind of shit is what makes people fearful of law enforcement.

You know being bled/cut on by a prisoner with HIV/AIDs, has to be included of most guard's top 10 worries list. So if the unrestrained cop shown in that video beats the crap out of a girl for kicking a shoe and having a bit of a mouth... how would he react to her implying she infected him?

Such as in some countries she's likely to be raped lawfully for being mouthy. Course I never considered an action here at home to be justified simply because it could be worse elsewhere. We could justify a lot if we wanted to go that route.
 
i think its bullshit. why the fuck would you beat up a someone to that degree, sure i could see him handcuffing her and being ruff with it but the right before the head slam, he punched her, and he did it twice while she was on the ground, now thats fucked up. but i really really hate cops. and they are like that around here in oregon. hell a buddy of mine had an ex show up at his house and tried to beat him up. he will not hit a woman so he went outside and called the cops. when they showed he told them the story and he was a little fucked up from the beat down, and they tazed him and beat the shit out of him, he was in the hospital for 2 weeks. and i was there telling the cops what happened. FUCK COPS

Part of the punishment that goes along with committing crimes is having to associate with cops. They aren't your best friend, they're not your sibling, you kick off your shoes at them and act like a bitch, you can't say she wasn't playing with fire.

Anyone with any bit of intelligence (which she does based on her interview) knows that cops are prone to excessive force. Better just to comply, and it would have never happened. What did the cunt expect? The cop to be nice and friendly to her? If you steal a fucking car (no matter who's it is), you better realize the chance of being caught and not be treated nice and friendly by the cops who have to get your ass.
 
In our world, in the modern west, we protect out citizens from police brutality and the likes thereof. Please don't compare us to the horrific living conditions in the third world.

"We" don't get to beat up people because of the way they talk, without consequences. Especially not people in power, like a cop. Sure it happens without anyone knowing, but it still happens far less than most places on earth.

That cop obviously has a severe anger problem and needs professional help, if/when he gets out of prison.

Anyone with a little intelligence ( you do need some to become a cop right? ) should know that lots of 15 year olds run their mouths and that a puny 15 year old girl would be no threat to them. I highly doubt that beating the shit out of someone (especially a 15 yr old girl) for running their mouth is part of their training.

Watch that video again, I would have felt so threatened and all if she launched that shoe at my head at 300 miles per hour like she did in the video. :uhoh2:
 
I've seen cops rough people up pretty bad in some overnighters. They get off on that kinda shit. They hope you give them any reason to use force.

The cop in the video is your typical coward. Most people that become cops have some type of personal problem with people, they were usually picked on in school.

Does it mention what she was in there for? For all we know she could have been arrested for resisting arrest/assaulting a police officer.
