why the fuck would you start your engine and go while a cop is still infront of you?

Because he isn't in front of the car, he's just at the side. He hasn't told that guy to stop. Therefore that guy has no legal obligation to stay where he is. He starts the engine and does nothing, moves slightly and still does nothing, and only at the last minute acts like a faggot drama queen.
This guy has every right to sue the fuck out of that guy, he's not clearly told him to stop. He's standing at the side, only moving slightly when the engine starts. And then physically attacking the guy and verbally insulting him for running over his foot, he can walk pretty fucking well for a guy who's foot just been ran over.
Where I am you're legally allow to drive away if someone is writing you a parking ticket, it's only final if it actually gets put on your window.

It was pretty stupid to start moving when someone is standing so close, especially on a crowded street. What a douchebag.
Look again bro, cop moved in front of the moving vehicle thinking he was going to stop a moving SUPER CAR. Then well, you know what happens next.
The cop clearly saw the guy get in his car ( how could you not so close, or hear the door close ), clearly heard the engine start, and then proceeded to stop closer into the car before it moved. Then, after the car crept forward, he proceeds to place his foot closer to and under the path of the tire even more then before.
Fucker knew what he was doing all along ( both of them ).
Side note: If you piss off a cop and he has to force drag you out of your car like that because they are pissed the fuck off, you should already assume your gonna get your ass beat or get slung around like a rag doll. Might as well have started to throw some elbows and fists because you already know whats coming next. I cant help but think the guy face planted the street when the second cop kept ahold of his ankle up in the air like that.

The second cop was obviously nearby and could have stepped in front of the car if he was really going to leave the scene. Wasn't like he was getting far anyways with all that traffic.
