The guys at direct track have been working for months on improving performance of their software. Copeac was the first major network to implement the first phase of the re-engineering of their infrastructure which will all be focused on speed and scalability. You will see 2 more phases being rolled out shortly. Phase 1 has helped to increase the overall speed of reports and page load times, we are very excited to continue to work with DT to roll out the next two phases
Your feedback on WF and direct to our AM's and staff is critical in improving the system performance. Direct Track works very closely with us on improving the experience for affiliates and minimizing down time while improving speed and effciency. Without positive feedback it is impossible for us and Driect Track to improve the system for all.
